Cancer? Wow, you could be a supervillain with a voice like that! I'd probably respond to their comment with something like that, personally. Maybe some condolences and asking if they have been to a doctor yet.
 
I once had a guy who loved a video of me and friends, he then subscribed, then later he hated a video and commented about it, more later he loved a video again, even later he hated one video again and said he unsubbed, hating even more, then again later he placed a comment saying that he liked the video so he apparently didnt unsub, and it went on like infinite loop.
