Soooo, yeah! I was curious what setups you guys are rocking for recording/editing YT videos at the moment. Maybe even tell me your guys' history of your past setups, and what you are hoping to get in the future!

I'll list my setups below!

2014 to Mid 2015:
Lenovo Laptop (Intel Core i3 + Intel HD Graphics 3000) Pretty crappy...
iPad Air W/ Shou to record screen for iOS gameplay videos It was pretty poor, too

2015 to Now (Present):
iBuyPower Desktop PC (Intel Core i7 4790K + NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 + 16GB RAM + 118GB SSD & 1TB HDD) Yasss, this setup is beast
Logitech G230 Headset (Cracked left side tho )

FUTURE!:
Intel Skylake CPU (Idk which one)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti Graphics Card
23" Monitor, better than my current (21.5" monitor)
Blue Snowball Mic
Logitech G230 Headset (New one, because my current one is cracked)

Equipment being ordered in coming weeks:
Blue Yeti Microphone
Vlogging Camera (Unsure which one to get).

The setup is somewhat a dream come true, nothing special I know. The laptop needs upgraded however right now I'm happy with it.

For your future GPU upgrade I'd go for one of the NVIDIA 10 series as they're cheaper and better than all previous cards

2x 24 inch Acer monitors
GXgaming stereo system w/woofer
Plantronics gamecon 388
razer deathadder
Some kind of Japanese keyboard

8gb RAM
GTX 660
2TB HDD

Hoping to increase my amount of ram, upgrade my headphones and buy and gtx 1070 or 80

- MSI GTX 770 2GB (going to upgrade to 1070 in few weeks)
- 16GB Kingston Savage RAM
- some other components (including 1x SSD (256GB), 3x HDD (together like 4.5 TB))

- Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro
- Canon Legria HF R606 + some ultra cheap no-brand tripod
- AudioTechnica AT2020+ USB ft. Sennheiser HD449
