sending videos to subscribers?

I've Got It
I'm sorry for some of my amateur posts but I'm really finding this place fantastic for getting answers. And I really want to learn!

So my question is:

When you post a new video, do your subscribers automatically see it in their feed, or is there a way to send them all one message letting them know a video has been added?

Only active subscribers (the one who watch all of your videos, comment, like etc) receive it almost instantaneously. The rest not or by exception.

Of course if you have their emails, Skypes etc you can send them a message also.
 
What confused me was a message on the uploading videos help page titled (video stuck on "sending to subscribers feeds"), which made me wonder if there was one button to notify everyone.

Hey asking questions is the the way to learn. People here are very generious and friendly people.

In my book, there isnt such a thing as a dumb question. Once upon a time, we all were new to YouTube and its features. We asked questions, learned from others and now we can teach others on what we know.

Sometimes, if you're very lucky, they'll send out a push notification to your subscribers on their mobile devices!

I see that also, Im pretty sure it just takes some time to get it out to the subscribers but its no big deal.
