Seeking thumbnail advice

[Backyard Ninja Kids]

We recently interview a person and I'm about to post the video, but I'm stuck on which thumbnail to choose. I like the different ones for different design reasons. I would love any input or feedback on the thumbnails here. Which one should I go go with or change? Not sure why I'm so stuck on this, I just have started valuing the importance of thumbnail. Thanks so much!
