You could use 2 programmes, like one to record the game and another on either same pc/laptop or a different pc/laptop with the webcam and audio, then just edti them together:)
 
Bandi cam or fraps would do, both are paid, if this is a one time thing i'm sure you could find a free one in a quick google, you'd also need a webcam recorder and some software to overlay the two videos in

I'm not sure if it still does but fraps used to have a free version however it only records like 5 seconds at a time if that's helpful to you,
 
OBS! Its used for livestreaming but it has a recording feature, you can have facecam and pc gameplay, or facecam and game capture gaeplay, its really good[DOUBLEPOST=1404034066,1404034049][/DOUBLEPOST]its also free

i did download OBS! but it won't let me crop my facecam so you can still see the window :(
