Scheduling Your Videos And Recording in Advance - Do you do it?

I have 9 videos awaiting upload at this moment! I put up a new episode every 2 to 3 days..and with 5 interviews coming with the next 5 days...means I will have 3 more in the can waiting when I am done with those..My calender for October is full and have been filling November.
 
I started to do that. This week 4 out of my 5 videos were shot and ready. The one I do on Wednesdays I leave to shoot the day before because it has to do with weight loss and the appointment with the nutritionist is the day before. I love it. My work schedule made it so hard to film even the night before. I'm not as tired now :)
 
Sometimes if I've mad a video really close to my last one I'll wait a few days to upload it but other than that no. It's probably a good idea and I'll probably start doing it at some point.
 
I absolutely record in advance, I keep myself rather busy and it's the only way to be able to stick to a schedule. Not far enough in advance to have Christmas videos ready though.
 
I feel like it's always a great idea to be one step ahead of yourself. Having videos ready early will give you more time to edit and make your video really great. It'll also keep you from stressing out and releasing a crappy video just to stick to your schedule!
 
okay i was gonna say "no, i just make them and then upload them on the same day :)", but having read all the replies on this thread, that now makes me feel quite guilty ahaa :O
 
I upload daily and I tend to always have about 3-5 videos waiting to be published using YT's schedule feature. It's the best! Due to my academic and work schedules, I need to use Saturday and Sunday to prep stuff for Monday-Friday, then Friday for Saturday and Sunday. But even when I stray from that schedule I always prep multiple videos at once to be released on different days. Plus, I only feature games on my channel that I really like to play, so sometimes I can't help myself and I just have to keep playing so I just start the next part right away. :3
