Scheduled Uploads Gone?

I'm almost positive there use to be a way to schedule uploads but that option is gone now and its quite annoying to have to be at the PC to release a video. I've been busy a few times during my upload schedule with real life things and thus need to upload earlier or even later like I had to today. Is the scheduled upload button hidden or what?

Is your youtube account verified? I think it needs to be for that feature.

You have to verify your account with a phone number. Just google youtube verify and its the first thing that comes up.

I have a phone number on the account, and it is verified but we don't have a custom URL i go on my personal youtube channel and I have a personal URL and the Scheduled upload is on that account. But not the WorksInProgress Account.

Then maybe you need to have a custom URL? I don't really know.

I think you need a custom URL. I've googled it and nothing really comes up.

I'm not too sure either, I haven't seen it the past couple of days and I had this feature previously. who knows with all of the issues youtube has had in the past few months

I am pretty certain that you need to verify your account and/or enable monetization for scheduled uploads.
