Running out of games?

Hi chaps,

I'm running on a Mac (now let's be grown up here, no silly comments about your butt-love for PC computers ;D haha) and obviously the range of games available to me is limited. Also given my computer has a relatively low RAM (only 2GB, but I'll be upgraded to 8GB soon) it means I am limited as to what games to play on my channel.

I have a few: Resolute Dark, Amnesia, Eye of Slender, Candles and Sauerbraten to try out, but until then, does anyone know of any awesome indie games for Mac that I can do let's plays of? Most indie games will stretch to two vids maximum so I fear I'll run out of games soon and be left with nothing to put on my channel!

Also, I am a TOTAL wuss, and have problems playing horror games, even though I'd probably be the perfect candidate given how scared I get hahaha. So I'm running out FAST, and my channel hasn't even been up 2 weeks yet!

Ideas?
 
Maybe make a serie of video games. Kinda like, attempting to complete Slender or doing custom stories on Amnesia. There are so many things you can do with just one game. Try to collaborate with other youtubers to do some Co-op games so you will grow together with the youtuber you made a video off. Maybe portal 2 would be a good game you can play with somebody since it's a pretty big game and It's pretty enjoyable to watch :D

These are just idea's. Maybe they are usefull or not :D

Portal 2 is an idea. I have it, but I need to upgrade my RAM first. It runs fine on its own, but add in Screenflow and it just craps out haha. One day!! :D I might do a quick Slender recording, see how far I get lol. I'm such a wuss -_-
 
the binding of isaac is a pretty fun game but you might play trough it very fast :( .
try looking on steam for good indiegames.
I own a mac myself and to use it for gaming i've installed windows under bootcamp. this really enlarges your options.
 
I did install Bootcamp but randomly it stopped working and no matter what I do it seems I need to buy a new disc which I'm not willing to do! lol. Binding of Isaac is that weird cartoony game yes? Looks freaky! Haha
 
thought was lots of mac games :confused:??? like BIT trip void, awesomenaughts, Qube, puddle, Thomas was alone (yup Thomas was alone is awesome) and lots on steam o.o. personally like Thomas was alone and BIt trip myself -w-
 
You could try Minecraft, don't know if you will enjoy playing it but i certanly do!
Just a suggestion, if you don't like it then don't play it :)

I do indeed play Minecraft :) I guess with that I felt there are soooo many channels out there, I don't feel I could personally add anything special by way of video commentary, especially given you have no specific goal so there's the risk the videos could wind up me just walking around punching trees for two hours. I think more indie FPS/horror/quirky games are what I'm after :D
 
Sorry to say I wont be much help, I can't imagine running out of games! I suppose being on a Mac would make it harder, but aren't there a fair number of Mac games on Steam these days?
