RPM Worth it?

It's really good. No problems since I joined about 1 month ago. If you don't know where to choose, make a research and homework ;)

I had a channel partnered with RPM/Socialblade, and I was really disappointed the fact that you make no money until you earn $50 or more. Considering I didn't get very many views to begin with, I earned only $2. I know of a few networks that pay after you earn $1, so I will get partnered by one of those networks on my new channel.

I have only been partnered with RPM for about 3 months now. In that time I have had a very poor experience with them. For me it take 1 to 2 weeks to get a reply back from support. In fact the forums are full of post from folks that have been waiting over 2 weeks to get a reply from their support tickets. I have also been banned from the forums for simply speaking out against some things that RPM did in the last month. I am a small channel and like you was hoping that by joining a Network I would get access to guides and tips to grow my channel and maybe even some network promotion. That is not the case with RPM. Most of the guides in the forum are wrote by users who generate less then 100 daily views on their own channel. There is also a post by an RPM staff member that says point blank it is not up to RPM to promote their partners that is the partners job and RPM will not help you promote your channel(s).

RPM sounds dumb, that's just my opinion. I started my own network with a few friends. Pretty much we just help each other out by cross promoting, doing videos together, making/sharing thumbnails etc. I feel this is a lot more fun for making videos. getting into a network sounds like it take the fun out of making videos.

I've been with them for 1 year, and that's not a bad network but I don't like the 1-year lock-on in the contract. Think about whether you want to stay with them for a long time.
well most networks have a 1 year lock in, so thats no surprise
