RPM Support Ticket Responses

ConnersCraft

I Make Video Games... :)
I submitted a support ticket on thursday (ish) from the RPM dashboard. How can I check this ticket, and where will I get the response? Will it be sent in an email or via the dashboard? They don't seem to tell you where you will receive a response, and you can't update the ticket from the dashboard. The ticket was just asking if I could get my daily earnings reports enabled on the YouTube analytics page (directly on YouTube). Thanks! :)[DOUBLEPOST=1376447176,1376446481][/DOUBLEPOST]They were just enabled! Thanks RPM. Never got a response to the ticket, but thanks! Please remove the thread. :)

The ticket system is a little buggy right now. However you will get a reply to your inbox. (The address assigned to the account you sign into the Maker Central Dashboard on)

You have to wait about a year once they get around it, because since they let anyone join and willy dilly they can't help out as much as they could to their full potential. Its like being in a over crouded class back in High School. You can't learn as well because the teacher has to be shared with 40 other kids. RPM is exactly like that.
I send them a ticket about leaving and going somewhere else because they're jeopardizing my growth. I feel like I could grow much quicker and better and have better tools with Big Frame or Even Full Screen.

That sounds like a big exaggeration, this guy has already received a response to his ticket. I dont see how RPM could possibly be jeopardising your growth, your channels growth is your own responsibility and not theirs, it would be the same in most other networks too.

Other Networks have other tools that help you connect much better with other members of the same network. Hence they help you grow much better. Yes I do agree with you, its your own responsibility but other networks also give you a partner manager you can reach on skype when ever they usually respond quick! Like I said, its because they just let anyone join and must be getting bombarded with emails. I don't blame them, but like Philip Defranco Said! : Maybe Networks just let anyone join so it looks like they got a big number just to be sold to someone else for even more money and then nothing happens. " They should not let just anyone join. I mean does 40% of your earnings really make sense if you're averaging 10 views a day. . NO! It does not .Especially since they make it seem when you joined you're going to get this BIG HELP I did a huge mistake signing with them. I only signed because they had the Maker Name behind them. Don't make the same mistake as me. Get a name for yourself first. Join a Network that only lets you join that requires you to have certain goals you need to reach daily. Also make sure there is a real help in how they process your channel between someone elses to help you get noticed. If they let just anyone join who makes over 100 views a day, they're probably flooded with people. Everyone has to start somewhere, but you're better off being by yourself in the beginning.

I am pretty sure they have forums available to their partners which would serve as a means of communicating with other partners in the same network.

I cant agree with your last statement, you are entitled to your opinions of course. If everyone was to use Adsense in the beginning and go at it alone we would constantly see people complaining here for being banned by Adsense, being in a network prevents your one and only Adsense account from becoming banned.

I do agree that you should not partner until you have a solid following, but you seem to have a huge misunderstanding as to what a network does. With those expectations, no network will please you. Don't worry about what they do with other partners, worry about yourself. Who cares if they partner people who don't deserve it? It doesn't effect you. Also Skype is unprofessional and any network who uses it for contacting partners are just that.

Full Screen has this thing called Gorilla Campaign, where other channels shout you out and get around 10-40$ per 1,000 views. I could freaking live off a that. I'm not saying, give me a silver plate to eat from, I'm saying offer things like that. Help out the smaller channels to try and reach potential.[DOUBLEPOST=1376972912,1376972823][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you don't cheat the system how can your adsense get banned?

No one will give you a shootout for participating in Gorilla campaigns. There are very limited amounts of campaigns, and the large channels take most the money. It does not work very well for small channels. Since you don't seem to completely understand it, let me show you or anyone else wondering how it actually works.

Here is the order of how it works:
1) Advertiser creates a Gorilla campaign by contacting Fullscreen
2) Advertiser sets a CPM and a max budget
3) Creators make videos for this campaign.
4) That CPM is paid out ONLY UNTIL they reach the max budget

With channels getting 10k views in an hour, this budget goes quick. The chances of making a good income off this is little, and your subscribers will be annoyed at all the promoted videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1376973168,1376973122][/DOUBLEPOST]

Someone goes to your video and clicks your ads 100 times. Google thinks this was you. Google bans you. It is VERY common. It is called a "click bomb".

Yeah You would need to balance how many you do! But I meant pay for the gorilla campaign alike as promoting other channels with it.

Never heard of click bombing. In that case, I can go ahead and get channels that are big without Partners banned? There has to be a process or proving its not you.
