I wouldn't expect the creators if Minecraft to take it down, but instead of asking me a simple google search for a Minecraft creative commons license would solve your problems.

Mojang state in their terms (pfft who reads terms) that people can upload them and Monetize them, but most people who upload (MOST, I'm not saying everyone) gameplay, don't read TOS of games, which is why I encourage people to, so you can know whether a game allows it.

LOL allow it, Ubisoft allow it, Mojang allow it, Valve allow, also allot can be found on a certain game by just searching up on google something like "valve games video policy"
