Ring Light? Help!

So I recently have seen pictures of studio lights that are rings and you can have your camera lens looking through it. I want one but I dont know what it is called!

I think they are just called ring lights
I know the ones that go on your carmera are called a ring flash

I found some on amazon just search ring light and afew come up
