Sooo around that 50 hours that you get to when working? Seriously now, you simply cannot defend this stuff being very effective way of earning time-wise.
Like many, I also did stuff like this in the past, and honestly it's just a waste of time. Rather hone a skill in something and do freelancing work. Sure you most likely can't do it during the time you're working with your main job, but at least it will pay much, much better.
In no way I am suggesting this is better than a real job. Time isn't a problem if people know how to use these sites. The average YouTuber most likely spends more than 50 hours per year on the computer. Anyone can sit down and do whatever they enjoy while using reward sites at the same time.
There are some offers that only want you to listen to the radio. Turn the radio's sound off, continue what you were doing, and enter a captcha every 10 or 30 minutes.
Last year some dude made $80 million by playing football. Kinda as irrelevant here, no?
