Reviewing Gaming Channels

Hey, here's my latest video. I tried to fix some of my problems. Lowered the intro length and also, tried to make a better thumbnail. Didn't change the Thumbnail much but, I don't know if you'll like it?

I've been a little bit delayed lately because of extreme lack of motivation, but I figured I would get back at it. First off there are some things I enjoy about your channel and that's your humor. That in itself is pretty good and a pretty good way to keep your subscribers. Only question I have is how often do you post because since you made this comment I don't think you've uploaded a video? Artistically most of your thumbnails are really good and attention grabbin a few are bland but the over all majority are really good. For me personally your banner is alright but to me it is just random XD. This is all just opinion thought clearly you are doing something right if you are growing and are at 300 plus subs.
 
It's probably too late to ask you to give me some constructive criticism but if you can find the time it would be great to know how I am doing so far because the thought of not knowing if people enjoy my content or not is killing me...
