Review or change Adsense association Not Avalible

I am having an issue with my account. I was in a network for about 2 years, I've recently left that network and am trying to make sure my adsense is linked to my account properly. I do not seem to have the "Review or change Adsense association" in the setting menu however my account says it has been associated with adsense.

any ideas?
