Review On My Channel

Alright so I have had my channel, ASMR Sadie for a little over a year now. Almost 15 months. I have learned a lot and grown so much as a youtuber. But somehow I just feel like there is something that I could be doing to be presenting my videos and channels as a whole, so much better. I just can't figure out what it is. I am sure that I could try and learn and over time, change and become better. But maybe someone could offer some suggestions on what I could possibly do from an outside prospective.

I really want to offer amazing videos and grow as a youtuber, though it seems as if I am only slowly gaining more subscribers and don't get quite as many views as I should. If any of you have any sort of suggestions as to how I could possibly become a better Youtuber I would really appreciate your thoughts!
 
I'd change the channel banner to something that shows your channel's value preposition more, but I've been lazy on that end myself and you seems to be doing okay anyway without it so, take this advice with a grain of salt. :D

Thank you a bunch. I agree I need to change that some time soon. I appreciate the feedback. It helps out a lot. Any suggestions will help me a great deal. I really want to make my channel the best that it can be and any small steps I would imagine would help. Thanks again!
