Review my Channel

I upload inspirational/entertaining videos to YouTube every Saturday at 6:30 PM EST. There are many inspirational and entertaining channels on YouTube, but my channel combines the two types of videos into one channel, so that you can be entertained and inspired at the same time. I would like a channel review. What could make me get more subscribers that I'm not doing? Is there any way I could increase my watch time to help improve SEO?

Be special. Be unique. Be yourself. That video was so amazing really made me feel special! You have a skill and dont stop jump cuts felt excessive at points but at most time they were at perfect angles! Great job!
