Review my channel please :)

Hey everyone, i was hoping for some feedback on my channel Ive been trying to pump out content as well as finding a job (lol) and ive been stuck at 6k subs for sometime. I need to know where my channels flaws are from a viewers perspective and would mean a lot if you guys checked it out for me :P
 
Alright lets get into it firstly 6.8k subs is more than alot of people have accomplished in the amount of time that you have been on youtube so kudos there! I have looked at a couple of your videos and here is my overall opinion and I will list some things below. Your Thumbnails, banner, avatar are on point and consistent, the thumbnails are intriguing and the banner/avatar look well done. your content overall seems fun and inviting (funny moments gaming with friends) I would say that you could benefit from the following.

Channel Trailer- I think you could benefit from a channel trailer to give people a good idea of what your channel is about rather than having your most recent video in the trailer spot.

Playlists- Resort your playlist so that your most recent content is at the top right now it is the opposite and it makes your channel look inactive from a new visitor perspective.

Annotations/Cards- I watched a few videos and didn't find and annotations or cards, i recommend using them to redirect traffic to your premiere or new content.

Outro/Call to Action- You need to create an outro that using the annotations to redirect traffic to more of your content as well as a call to action that tells people to like comment subscribe. Typically the CTA works best if you say it in your outro I know you have a struggle speaking though so you can start with atleast having the outro portion.

In closiing I would also recommend some commentary where you speak to your audience right now it feels like the viewer is on the outside looking in. Having commentary where you challenge and converse with your audience will help build a community around your channel creating loyal subs that want to see you grow.

You might have 6800 subs but did you do sub 4 sub because that many subs isnt making as many views as it should IMO. I only have 2200 subs but I get 500 views a video in a day or so as soon as I upload and it trickles to a few thousand from there.

It looks to me like maybe you engage people, but they dont really like your videos enough to watch more of them. at 6k subs and only 200 views or less avg. It looks more like you have a solid 200-300 people that are subbed and watching your videos.

I didnt sub for sub i had a strong fan base at one point i just couldnt do youtube for a certain period of time due to some irl stuff
