Review My Channel Please? :)

Could anyone give me some constructive criticism on my channel? I feel like I really need to just hear everything I can improve. Some of my older videos are not too great but I feel like I've been putting more effort into the newer ones. On some of my videos I have a good number of views but I just can't seem to get an audience so I've felt a bit discouraged. I wouldn't also mind hearing the things I'm doing right so that I can continue doing them.

Hi Cass,
My critique might be a bit biased because of the nature of my channel, so take it how ever you like.

Your videos have a nice vibe to them; it's cool to watch all the stuff that you do. The videos with a lot of views are from people searching for cool stuff like that.

However, they aren't being converted into subscribers. I believe it's because they watch your video and then go and watch some other pretty video. Why is that?

It's because there is no one to subscribe to! People are just watching a random video. People won't subscribe because they could just find another random video from someone else. Of course, you're in a few videos, but there isn't much talking. People connect with people, and you're not giving them anything to connect with.

Again, these are just ideas. I'm a Vlogger, so of course I favour personality

Ahhhh thank you! You opened my eyes a bit. I think you are right, I just find it hard to stand in front of the camera and talk (shyness), which is why I upload the types of videos where I am IN them but don't talk a lot! But now that you mentioned this I will try to post something more meaningful!

Use moving frames, edit a lot, and keep your videos as short as possible

When I watched your vacation videos I really got into a vacation mood. (Yer last vid reminded me of 'em treasure adventures of mine, yarharhar!!)
Well, Honestly I've got nothing to complain about your channel but you know, you gotta make it attracting for people to watch YOU doing stuff
