Best as the amount (the #) of content be it popular or unpopular...Rich in quality or not you get the point

It’s not about quality. Unless you are suggesting quality content stopped with the demonetization wave and tightening the rules.

YouTube lost revenues and is trying to manage cloud costs by discouraging or slowing down new content. That’s the only plausible explanation.

If i may disagree yes it is.
I like to browse random funny videos.
My notifications and suggested they are "light" subjects.
It is sad to get suggested videos like
"Most succesful ppl of the world explain how a college degee is useless".
It is sad to say that tedx talks are good because they got views.
It is sad that Galileo risked his life for a phrase and today
we got people " proving" that earth is flat going viral.
It is sad that all this culture is a monopoly driven by advertisement.
The impact on generations and education it might be destructive.
So yes i think it is a matter of quality....

Edit: agree with your second phrase on "loss control" by yt though...
 
are you all still waiting? ive been under review since december now, its getting a little silly, nearly at the end of june and still no change
