People also need to remember - if you post videos with the sole aim of earning money - there is less chance you'll succeed! Post videos because you enjoy it, and I can guarantee this will reflect in your videos, youtube is a hobby and not a job (for most - but the ones for whom it is a job got there because they enjoyed what they do!)
 
It takes a lot of time, effort and patience to move up on YouTube. I'm beginning to wonder if I have the patience for it.
 
Ew...I dislike pretty much everyone on that list. Then again, my favorite YouTubers probably make their money outside of the actual site.
 
I don't like much of raywilliamjohnson's jokes either. So any idea of viral video reviewing shows that are better than raywilliamjohnson on youtube or ABS?

I found channels thenosemilk and tobuscus, and that one russian guy to be the funniest for viral video reviewing.. they are defintely funnier than rwj.
 
A guy named deadlyx shows himself getting 5 k a month from youtube on his fb fanpage lol his biggest check he got so far as been over 15k if i recall>_>
 
to hell with em FPS Russia got armory worth more than all those ppls earning combined and he can blow them along with their houses in a matter of seconds :D

That's ... fake. The article is not real. not only because of there are no RWJ and the Vlog Brothes in it but also because of a YouTube respond by one of the YouTubes on the list that he posted like a days afte the article and he himself admit he can't make so much money.

It may seem like it will never happen but never give up hope, keep making videos as much as possible, promote them, ***** them around the interwebs and people will come :) it just takes time, I do daily vlogs and I have only been at them since February
