Reused Content Monetization

Hello i am an Youtuber who have 71.000 subscribers. My channel is from 2015 and my main content is gameplay with no commentary. Recently i got an email by saying my channel is not eligable for monetization due reused content. I never had copyright strikes etc my channel is in good condition.

Can someone help me ? I tried to contact support but no clue what to do next.
 
You cannot just post gameplay anymore. You must include commentary and, according to YouTube, they really want your face on screen. Rules change. This is the new reality. You will not be monetized unless you comply.

There are many channels who doing only gameplay....why they are still monetized?
 
Most of the gameplay videos I see anymore, they have like a little box in the upper right or left that has a camera on their face and the rest of the screen is filled in with gameplay. And they are talking. Usually about what they are doing in the game.

There is your answer. They are no longer monetizing such content.
Its is really clear in the guidelines:
"Video game content may be monetized if the associated step-by-step commentary is strictly tied to the live action being shown and provides instructional or educational value."
"Videos simply showing a user playing a video game or the use of software for extended periods of time may not be accepted for monetization."
