Replies Not Showing as Replies?

Has anyone had a problem lately where they'd respond to a Youtube comment and that comment wouldn't show up as a reply, instead just a standalone comment? It's been happening to me lately, and it's sorta annoying.

can't say I have but it seems there's always something wrong with youtube.

Yeah I made a thread about this recently cos I received a comment that seemed really out of context and when I looked he was replying to someone else. Very irritating cos it makes you go to the video page to see what they're talking about.
