Just had a look. I'm currently ok when it comes to my channel art. But anyone who makes something for my channel, even simple artwork, gets a shoutout on my facebook, google+ and twitter account + added to a permanent folder with artwork on Google+ and Facebook. So if you want that, you are more than welcome to make something

just been and had a look at your banner. i have to say its pretty damn awesome hahah i dont think i could top that anyways :')
i do do work for shoutouts but unfortunately im hoping for channels above the 1k sub marker as i feel as though it will have a larger impact and potentially bring more traffic to my channel. hope you understand and thanks for taking the time to look at my work

Actually I did it for you:

1 Euro = 1.10 USD
2 Euro = 2.21 USD
4 Euro= 4.42

Huh,guess you don't really need the conversions,you can just round off xD
