I think I need to maybe make a few test videos on different games such as amnesia, minecraft and a few indie horror games, to test which resolution is best! You are al so helpful btw
It could be pixelated if your internet can't keep up with it. If your shooting at 1080 and rendering out in 1080 there is no reason why it should look pixelated. But weirder things have happened.
