Removed from friend box?

I don't understand why people would remove me from their friend box? I have 23k subscribers and almost 3 million views. People that I really like their youtube channel we agree to put each other in friends box (BOX4BoX). I constantly watch like comment on their videos and they still remove me. What more would they want from me? Normally I am twenty times bigger youtube channel then they are. Wouldn't you want to be featured in a bigger youtubers friends box? I just don't understand. It makes me sad to see another person remove me from their friends box with no notice no reason then I have to remove them from mine. It makes me really sad and I just don't understand. :-(

I can understand your feeling, it's hard to see people just do that when all you're trying to do is help, possibly they're not seeing the results they were expecting from it.

Well I applaud you for assisting smaller channels since it's a nice thing to see but you have to consider that box4box is sometimes a one sided greed thing (not always but it happens once in awhile) they see it as "ooo free publicity lets keep him on a small box for awhile and take that person off so I don't have to show them on my stuff"

Thanks I really appreciate it! Maybe, they did think they would get a huge increase in subs and views and it wasn't what they expected. But, if someone 20 times bigger than me put me in their youtube channel friend box, liked and commented a bunch of my videos I would be so grateful! I would prob put that person at the top of my friends list and leave them there! I just don't understand?

I think it should be a win win situation. When people subscribe to those channels they will see their friend box as a suggested channel. I know it benifits you more to have people around your subscriber base, but sometimes I see smaller channels that have a lot of potential and I know will catch up with me soon in subscribers. And I like thier videos so it gives me some extra videos to watch when I'm bored.

I wish a lot of things were different but like I said it doesn't happen to much but who knows. Not everyone is on youtube for good reasons

This is part of the reason I don't box4box with strangers, way too much offort in making sure they actually have you in thier box, so I reserve my feature box for channels I actually endorse. I only have 2 there atm.

Not really, to be honest. Just being a featured channel doesn't do much, especially when they only have a few hundred subs that could care less about checking out your channel. Besides, networks don't care about how good you are with people, they just care about your view count and how much you can make for them. Anyways, just because I don't box people doesn't mean I'm not showing networks and sponsors that I'm good at networking. I actually do a ton of networking, as well as collaborations.
