Related/Popular channels.

So i've noticed on some people's channel, under the featured channels will be "Related Channels". How come mine only shows "Popular Channels". I'm guessing it's not something you can control, but i'm just curious as to why some people have related channels, and some have popular? Wtf YouTube, stop promoting those big channels on my channel. I'm trying to grow damnit! xD You're making my 700 subscribers look like nothing! lol.

I'm just sick of them promoting the big ones tbh because it makes it harder for people to find the small ones.

It is quite annoying really. Like, if the related channels happened to be popular big youtubers, I wouldn't care. But just for the fact that they have it so it shows popular YouTubers, like wtf -.- lol[DOUBLEPOST=1376136314,1376136289][/DOUBLEPOST]

Like for an example, on my gaming channel. It shows RWJ, Smosh, JennaMarbles, Pewdiepie, Rihanna, and nigahiga. Only ONE of those channels is related to mine, and that's pewdiepie. We have nothing in common besides gaming, but at least it makes sense compared to the others -.-
