Regarding the spam and Moderation

Good Day YTtalk,

Firstly allow me to introduce myself : Hi, I'm ScrapBlox a.k.a Alec I enjoy games like Minecraft, Roblox and Scrap Mechanic. I have been a viewer on YouTube since 2016 and a somewhat new forumer here (joined Sep 12, 2024). I enjoy the anime Sword Art Online and Toradora!.

Over the past few days going on a week now I've been working alongside @Joe to remove the spam from this forum and to lead as an example as my new found moderator status. I hope to put hours and help bring this forum to new heights. I was able to go through and ban a lot of the spam accounts that have posted on the forum over the years.

We also encourage everyone to report posts you see that may be in violation of our rules and you want us to review. What kind of events, or improvements would you like to see on YTtalk? Your feedback matters, and we’d love to make this space even better for everyone.

Yeah, the spam’s been getting worse lately. Hopefully mods can step up filtering or add better tools soon. Thanks to them for keeping things in check
 
It’s great to see moderators taking an active role in keeping a community clean and welcoming. Spam can quickly ruin the experience for regular members, so having people who are willing to spend time reviewing posts, enforcing rules, and listening to feedback makes a big difference. A healthy forum depends not only on the staff but also on members reporting issues and helping maintain a positive atmosphere.


It’s always nice to see communities improving and creating a better experience for everyone. On a different note, I recently came across https://winairline.ch/ and liked how a clear and organized platform can make interactions much smoother. Wishing YTtalk continued growth and a great future with the new moderation efforts!
