Recovering an old video

I've Got It
So I found an old channel I had it has 4 videos on but I would really like to try and save one of the videos to share on my current channel. I know it must be possible because of how the fans make videos with snippets of their fa youtubers videos but I have no idea how to go about it. Can you anyone help?

Simply look for youtube downloader applications/softwares. Then paste the link to the video you desire int he downloader and download the video then re-upload it to your current channel. Not sure if the auto copyright system will detect it however.
 
I've managed to retrieve videos when we have lost/deleted old copies by using clip converter website. Was able to download the HD versions of the Youtube vids from there without issue.
