As in fix audio in post production?

Yeah. Like if I record game commentary and all. So I need to remove noise and compress levels.

Audacity, Adobe Audition, most editing programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, FCP 7, FCP X) have built in audio editing.

Screen flow also has a way to play with the audio it isn't 100% professional but works quite well and once you figure out how you want it, it can sound quite clear, I also recommend a pop filter for your microphone as that helps alot aswell

Honestly, and this is what I do, but I export my audio and video separately from Screenflow and edit the audio in Audition. But that's my opinion.

I do aswell but some I leave in screen flow as I dont see a large need to touch them up quite as much, but some you must do without question
