Recording on Ps4

I have struggler with finding a way to record on ps4. I bought an HDMI splitter (ViewHD 2 Port 1x2 Powered HDMI Mini Splitter for 1080P & 3D )that others have used to strip copy right protection from the video but it didn't work for me. Idk if its my capture card(AVerMedia AVerCapture HD) or the splitter itself.

What do you guys use to bypass copyright protection and what HDMI splitter you use or other ways you get past it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What is the copyright on games? Movies? If it is games you have do disable HDCP in the settings.

^^Like the above person said you should disable HDCP in your PS4 settings. I use a Avermedia Game Capture HD 2 to record PS4 footage without hdmi splitters.

You can get a Elgato chat link with the Elgato game capture. I don't think your capture card has anything like that and splitters I can't stand because they don't work or they just have problems.
