Recording mobile? (Tablets, specifically?)

To record your devices screen you have to plug your device in to your PC and use adb

What's ADB? I remember using that at somepoint for 1 recording software but they all took snapshots instead of actual videos, and no audio too. Bluestacks seems to work (better than anything I've tried so far) but it's far from being decent since it's missing a lot of interactivity and resizes the apps all funny sometimes. lol
