Recording issue?

Using Action! record any gameplay off of my virtual box.
I love the software, it's wonderful and is easy to use.

When I did my previous video on Beavis and Butthead games it was working fine, no issues.

I'm now working on a different game, almost done with it.
BUT at certain scenes while recording there is this weird loud static noise.
You can still hear the game audio faintly.
I exit the game and come back then it's fine again.
When I was not recording and did my first playthrough there were no errors or anything.
I've never heard of a recording software making the games audio freak out.

Any ideas anyone?

I use a virtual box to get my game play and Action! recorder was only recording the systems audio.
The sound stops after closing the game. With the virtual box still on I load the game up and it's fine again. It only happens every 45 minutes or so but it's so alarming when it happens.

I've never heard of Action! doing something like that so I am almost wondering if maybe it's the OS or the game disc itself.

Still weird that it won't happen any other time when Action! is not on.

That is definately weird, I've been using Action! for 2 months now and that never happened to me :O Have you tried using other recording software?

Hey Batur!

Yeah, I tried a few trials of different recording software.
Bandicam, CamStudios, and fraps

All of them did not have this happen at all. and I played an hour of the game play on all three.

Maybe it has something to do with cutting the videos short? I usually record in segments of about 7 minutes so the transfer process is easier on premiere. I have no clue!

My friend had the same issue but in different game in a different recording software. Whenever she records Binding of Isaac her microphone makes crackling but the game audio is fine, that never happens in her other games :~D I hope someone can solve your issue :(

Oh it's fine now man I already finished recording the full game.

some parts have it but I usually don't play the game audio in my videos so I will just have to deal with what I have haha!

Still would be nice to know if there was something causing this.
