Recording 3DS Gameplay

You shouldn't need it, no. You obviously won't get the 3D effect though. As for the ROMS, google is your friend

Ive been doing alot 3DS records on my channel with great quality got a capture device installed directly to 3DS, As far I am aware there is no 3DS emulator but just DS.

And what capture device might you be using? (Just checked out your channel, good quality indeed)

If the emulator is on PC, I'm going to guess either FRAPS or DXtory. If it's on OSX then ScreenFlow possibly.

Yup that is it, it is a bit pricey but to me it has been worth it
