If you have the possbility to get Shadowplay, then use that. It only comes with Nvidia graphic cards though but its perfect. No fps loss and if you have got it turned on always then you can even save the last 5 or 10 minutes from before!

I use OBS and I really love it and with multi-platform version you can have multiple audio tracks, takes about a day to figure it out and set up, but it's SOOO Worth it!

The best I found is Bandicam. You might also use OBS.
