Was shooting an event today and my phone ran out of juice about halfway through. Any recommendations for pocket sized power packs, preferably with 2 USB charging ports...good enough to charge my OnePlus 2 and a iPhone SE

Depends a bit on the size of your pockets. 
I just got a Mophie Powerstation XXL for my backpacking trip based on recommendations I got. It has three USB ports (1 for Tablets/fast charging and 2 for Phones), and is rated to give a large smartphone an extra 75 hours of operation times (so 37.5 for 2 phones). I like it so far though it is a bit heavy (about 500g).
If you can do with less juice Mophie also makes an XL model which weighs about half of the XXL model. That one has two USB-ports and would give you about 19h more juice for both phones.

I love my Anker AK-A1206012 that I bought from Amazon. It's 10,000mAh, and it can charge my iPhone 7 more than a few times on a single charge, plus my other small GoPro's and such. It's a very good price too, only $22. Mine can fit in my front pocket, and has two USB ports. I would highly recommend.
