Reccomendations for a new channel?

Hey! I have a YT channel with 31 subs right now and I am looking to grow it. It's been up for about 3 months and I would like to know how do I grow my YT channel?
Yes I have read the sticky thread above for new channels but I don't feel thats enough
I upload videos regularly, post on forums and try to make content which people can use. Or will use like tutorials or just me having fun playing a game.
I am always looking for new collabs and grow my channel
I would like to know what other things I could do to help my channel grow faster. As of now I get a new sub every 3 days and each video gets about 20+ views.
So would be great if someone here could help me out and tell me what I can do to improve my channel
My exams are over in a week so I will have lots of free time then
Thanks for reading and helping!

You've just got to keep going, collaborations can help a lot also, so try the collaboration thread on the forums!

I am and I have
I've got many ppl to collab with but I feel it can go faster since not many people seem to click on"jonjonyew channel:" so idk
Like I have played with ppl with around 30-700 subs but not really an increased growth I also asked my friends to feature my channel but idk what else to do.

Hey dude, I watched some of your videos and you sound like you're from Singapore man.
Anyway patience is also a factor so you just gotta keep working on it.

I don't know about the game you're playing but is it a popular game? Maybe you should try some other game instead. If it's not popular most people won't even search for it.

Also, you sound like a kid so I'll assume you are. Most people are more likely subscribe to people closer to their age group(due to common topics) and maybe even a little older(once you reach adulthood a lot of topics are common topics). As a kid you might be in a tough spot because you'll attract younger viewers which rarely have a real presence(accounts) on YouTube.

In short, you gotta have patience!

If I were you, I'd start with remaking channel design - thumbnails, avatar, banner. Then I'd make sure that I have good content which I can share, so people know that I exist.

The Singaporean accent is obvious?
Well it has around at least 9000 people online most times so I guess its popular
But yes there's some bigger youtubers so I'd like to know how do I let people know my channel exists?[DOUBLEPOST=1443429434,1443418370][/DOUBLEPOST]
