Thanks for the feedback I'll redo the thumbnails to make them easier to read. I got a little carried away in Photoshop, trying to make things look cool haha.
I've been reading a bit on how to make the banner more effective, though the analytics show that not many people are viewing from my channel.
Great feedback though, and definitely a good place to start. How about the video production/format, anything like that to help audience retention?

I would work on your thumbnails for sure. Specifically, I would work on font choice and text placement. Also, maybe take the same banner photo of the LP, SG, etc. but more centered/with better lighting if possible. Add a little text maybe.
As a fellow musician and sufferer of gear acquisition syndrome really like what you're doing with your channel. I hope I wasn't discouraging in any way - just offering constructive criticism.
