As good as it seems, it's still just an estimate,. All they really did was port over the same feature from the mobile version of the creator studio. While it is accurate to a degree, it totally depends on your hour to hour increase or drop off in views to maintain accuracy.

So I've just noticed a new feature called "realtime analytics" and yeah it's doing exactly what is says on the tin.

Anyone else have this or am I special ?

Finally an update that's actually good! Hope I can see what time of the day my videos gets the most views! That way I can adjust my upload schedule
