Real time views not adding up correctly

Yeah there's something gotta be wrong with YouTube cause I had more likes on a video then I had views and I was like how does that happen then I kinda guessed something was lagging
 
Now that the reports have come out by now. Was this a glitch or did your views really decrease? Ive been seeing some weird numbers too.
 
Just had this happen but only to my 2 latest videos - the view counter in realtime has frozen with no views being registered at all.

Right now my newest video has more likes than views since I just released it. Hope this fixes itself soon, it's a bit jarring too suddenly see no activity for the past hour on some of your stuff (it's probably worse if it affects everything, but seeing the relative 0 views to the typical amount on the other vids somehow is extra awkward).
 
I posted a video 20 minutes ago and on YouTube, it shows 117 views. However, on my realtime analytics, it shows 170 views. Why is this? Does this mean views are coming from suggested videos and stuff?
 
Way to go and make me feel insignificant again babyteeth... I am quitting YouTube now. Shame on you for getting my total channel views in a matter of hours... SHAME! >:(

On a more serious note: I have found them to be close most of the time. Sidenote; I once saw just a few on the views per hour column, but when I switched to the 48h column videos showed more views per hour than the ones previously shown. It's a tool but accurate? Nope...
