REAL TIME VIEWS? HELP PLEASE

I released a video 17 hours ago, when I woke up this morning it was frozen at 300 (as I know youtube does) then it unfroze and went up to 330, then 350. The thing is my estimated views for the video is steadly going up and is almost double my actual recorded views

Also, my video information says I have 9 total comments but looking through my dashboard even through held for review and likely spam I can only see 5 comments. To see if youtube just always fucks around I counted comments on my other videos and compared it to what they display and both were accurate. What gives?
 
Video views lagging behind realtime views is normal as YT periodically checks if the views are legit.

Regarding the comments, YT seems to be having issues at the moment. I uploaded today and for a few hours, all comments were gone. :eek:
