He isn't retiring. He is stopping his show "=3" aka "equals three"

Literally says nothing about all his other stuff. Anyone who followed RWJ blow up with Maker knows that his series =3 was at the heart of it, so this easily could be killing off something he didn't own full rights to.

Ray did those videos before he was with Maker Studios. If he didn't "fully own it", he would've been sued right after leaving Maker.

I like Riley Rewind. I know the gay character has took a lot of flack from some of the commenters who don't like him but the guy is actually my favorite character on the series.

The character is... ok, lol. I say that because the actor's acting chops aren't completely developed, but still a solid-enough character.

In any event, I hope he develops more content to replace Equals 3, all podcast aside, because it might be the downfall of his channel otherwise. Though, he sold a show to FX a while back, and he's focusing on RunawayPlanet, so I imagine he'd be too busy to focus on making another YouTube show. Ehh, I don't know. Only time will tell.

Ownership of the series was split. There *was* a very public disagreement in regards to the ownership when he split. Just google search "RWJ maker" and you will see lots of articles about it.

That's why he's just milking it. Sadly enough, I unsubbed to him several months ago because I hate the fact that he divided his =3 into one video per day. And I don't know, I've watched all of his video when I was still interested to him. Her old videos were funnier.
