We have spent 3 last days talking to PayPal Support Team to authorize the payments made on Jan 30. That was the reason of your payment delay. We intended to protect you against having a dispute to PayPal.

PayPal is constantly monitoring all kinds of activities and reviewing transactions. Many payments of Jan 30 had been selected for review and PayPal internal security system had suspected that they were not authorized by us. No doubts, we had authorized all of them. I can not change the method of payment because the youtube channel is suspended. This problem with paypal is resolved or not?

The payment method was Paypal and I had changed it to bank account. I had not got any payment for december earnings. And now I have it to my bank account. Thanks.
