Correct (you will get it around 15-25 th date), but keep in mind that they have payout limit for PayPal 10$ (minimum to pay)

You will get it all in any case, but if you earned for example in December less then 10$, it will be delayed to pay until your balance becomes more than 10$

Yep, 80/20
They never was a Scam, but as all MCN's of course they had some partners that have not been satisfied with the cooperation. You know if you 30.000 channels MCN, it's hard to avoid such messages
But here, on YTTalk, I honestly think you can find and positives reviews about them.
