For those of you who don't know, there's an awesome website called Fiverr.com. On this website you can buy/sell services for pretty much anything for $5 fixed price.
I got my avatar from a guy on fiverr and there's always somebody out there on fiverr who can do what you want. Intros, editing, music, graphics, layouts. Pretty much anything. And you'll have a wide variety of choice too since there's a large amount of users on fiverr...
