If you'r recording a chat with someone in omegle can u get in trouble for uploading their face to youtube?
 
I think it's a grey area. I know if they see the video and they don't want to be in the video, you have to remove it (at least their part). I've watched different omega videos that said it's a re upload because of personal reasons.
 
Short answer: yes.
Just ask their permission afterwards (or before) to avoid any problems.
 
Generally speaking, people do get away with it but make sure it's nothing debasing or something that could get them in trouble (So if they do something like underage drinking, someone removes clothing etc) don't upload it.
