How do I go about finding out the NDA information regarding a future release of a video game?

most game developers have a PR company that you can e-mail and ask these kinds of things, check the game or game developers website, first to see if it has the end date of the embargo or if they have an email address for their PR team. If it's an Beta for a game you're looking to find out about, check the user policy and terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up for the beta(There's usually and NDA chapter in there somewhere). If you do all of that and have no luck, just assume it's open season lol

I seriously didn't know any of this until I uploaded Final Fantasy XIV beta and another user commented about the game being in NDA still. Naturally I took the video down for fear of being flagged etc..
