Question about Zelda Windwaker HD

Few months back, Youtubers were talking about Nintendo not allowing to upload their game footage,
I am about to start the series on Zelda Windwaker HD, will I get Content ID match for this game?

Any updates from Nintendo regarding this?

If you're partner you should ask them, I don't know for sure if you can but I think nintendo took that away considering I do TLOZ Let's Plays but I don't about the new releases.

You will only get a third-party content match, which basically means that Nintendo will put ads on your videos.

I thought nintendo still let you upload them as long as you did not monotize, i am not up to date with them, so if someone can confirm that you can indeed upload their content then that's awesome!

You can upload, but you won't be able to monetize new games.
I think you can monetize old ones, as I can't remember ever getting a third party content match on older games.

If you add commentary to the videos then no you wouldn't have to worry.
