Question about VidIQ

Has anyone else experience this issue when trying to add recommended tags in VidIQ?

I'm trying to avoid individually adding/removing each tag. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure about VidIQ, but YouTube has a character limit. I see that message all the time when I add tags directly in YouTube. ^^

I think there is a 500 character limit (but tbh, I'm not exactly sure what the character limit is...it's just a number I've heard often).

Yeah it's 500. A character is basically every letter and space, including the "space" to save a tag as a tag, so Pie as a tag = 4 characters. Benjamin Button's Miserable Life of Unfortunate Events and Misfortunes is 71 characters (+/- 1 or 2 if I lost count lol) but that's the general idea anyways.

If you're asking how to bulk remove them all:

Try this:
First, copy them all into a text file as backup:
Try clicking inside the tag area, then clicking CTRL and "A" (to select all), then CTRL and "C" to copy, then open a text file and press CTRL and "V" to paste.

then to bulk delete them
Try clicking inside the tag area, then clicking CTRL and "A" (to select all), then CTRL and "X" to cut (or maybe even the "DEL" key to delete)
