Question About Skype or something similar

Ok the friend that helped me start our channel has moved rather far away. He has been replaced full time with another friend of mine. The thing is that friend 1 wants to maybe sit in with us "virtually" from time to time on nights that we record. I'm thinking I could just do a skype call and it would probably work out ok. I am pretty sure I know how to record his audio from skype but my question is can I share the game we are playing with him via skype? Has anyone ever done something like this? If so how did you set everything up?
 
Not really sure what you're asking here? Do you want to basically stream the game to him, or just record audio?
 
Basically the idea is to have him be with us virtually. I am going to record his audio from skype or whatever we do to have him with us, but I want him to be able to see the game we are playing too. So yes I want to stream the game to him and record his voice.
 
I guess you could use Twitch, to stream your game to him... There might be better alternitives but I believe there is a feature where you can set up a stream privately? And then use TeamSpeak's inbuilt recorder to get the audio.
 
I thought about twitch, but the delay might be a problem. I know there is going to be a delay with any streaming solution so I might just have to get over that.
 
Yeah, any streaming platform will give you a delay. Just depends on yours and his internet to determine how long that is... So Twitch is probably your best way!
